Philippines. Vol. 4. First Outing

The first rule to enjoying good travel is to have properly groomed hands and feet, thus my mom and I hit up her favorite Mani Pedi establishment first thing. Hands down, NO QUESTIONS ASKED, this was the best hour and a half at the spa in my life. (And yes, I've been to enough to feel as somewhat of an authority).  For $25 we got...Foot and Leg Scrub/Massage, Pedicure and Manicure (my cuticles have never looked or felt better)- that's $25 total, for two of us...including tip. Sadly, besides my word, the only evidence of spa day is my beautiful red nails, which make that plate of pasta appear quite dainty in my opinion.

Scott and Jesse did not join us, instead my dad showed Scott the lay of the land. In this picture he is at a city park that overlooks the city...quite the view. Then the table looking things are just that...tables- it is an outdoor restaurant, and probably the only one we didn't eat at in the entire city. I never saw this in person, and if I had it to do again...I'd still pick the spa, however it is pretty fetch.

Lastly...Michaelangelo's. Delicious Pizza, probably the second best I've had (and yes I've been to even more pizza places and am an even better authority on this one) A man named Moximo owns this, and if you are ever in metro Cebu tell him I sent you (which will mean nothing, but I felt that going there 3 times should count for something).

Gretchen, stop trying to make "fetch" happen. It's not going to happen.
