That crazy Jesse Byram's place

My first visit to Rigby as an orphan. A little different being home when your parents are halfway around the world, and 14 hours a head of you. However, a trip down memory land is in order.

A few highlights from my years in below pictured home (pictures posted in behalf of my missionary parents, I've got $10 that says they don't check my blog though)

1. Repentance; as in my first lesson on it- my brother told me I could swear all I want as long as I repented as soon as I saw mom pull in the drive way. (turns out I won't be seeing that for approximately 2 years)

2.Lighting: one time we may have engaged in a friendly game of doge ball in our hallway. It's not our problem the lights were in the ball's trajectory.

3. Journeys: Andrea use to make me and Richard go on journeys to Norway in our field- 5 minutes in she'd say she rolled her ankle and make Rich carry her. (Sucker fell for it every time)

4. Grandma Verna: Turns out my friend ended up in bed with my 90 year old grandma- sleep walking gets you every time.

5. Pizzeria: When we were extra hungry, Whit and I would order Pizza and pay with any spare change we could find around the house. She use to make us answer the door with our shirts pulled up like a bikini.

6. Veronica: I always wanted to look like Veronica from Archie and the Jugheads- I would beg Alison daily to give me a side pony just like hers.

7. Friday Allen: I made people call me that until i was 7.

8. House: On the rare occasion that we were allowed inside, Whit and I would play house for hours- or days. One time we laid down on the floor saying, "hee hee who" while we were in fake labor.

9. Dogs: My sisters use to make us play dogs. We had to crawl around on all 4's and eat un-coooked noodles out of bowls with our mouths.

10. Charging: you can charge almost anything in Rigby to Jesse, even if you are a Foster.

PS--If we are your nieces and nephew's "new" Boise grandparents, does that mean we get to adopt you too?

I have missed your posts. The Byram house is always full of fun and adventure. That is where you taught me how to apply makeup, and that you thought I was getting too old to wear bows! haha
