Don't go Missing

I might have done something a bit extreme.
Got to work yesterday, IM'd Celina to see if she wanted to join Caitlyn and myself for a breakfast snack in the cafeteria. Her status said away, and I didn't think anything of it. Hour later- I text her as I realized she didn't respond the IM. 3 Hours later, realize she didn't respond to text. So, it's about noon thirty, and Caitlyn and I are enjoying Taco Salad for lunch. We see Celina's boss. "Jeff," I ask. Have you seen Celina? "No, haven't heard from her." Knowing that she isn't one to blow off work with out notice my mind begins to wander......and the wandering leads to the following.
(This is me and Cox face being nervous for our friend, although this image was staged)

1. Check her desk just in case. She isn't there.

2. Check with the receptionist to see if she has heard from her. Hasn't heard from her.

3. Call her boss again to see if she responded to is text. No response.

4. IM Caitlyn- should I be worried (to which she tells me no, but I convince her I should be)

5. We decide to drive by Celina's house to check things out.

6. Mind wandering....I assume she's been abducted.

7. Call friend whom she was with the night before. He hasn't heard from her

8. Text Celina again....only this time I can't send it because I assume that her kidnapper has her phone, and if I ask if she's all right, they will respond to my text to throw me off the scent. (its an investigation at this point)

9. Arrive at Celina's complex- see her car parked outside- check things out- nothing seems too out of the ordinary

10. Call her mom, because I don't know her apartment number

11. Knock on her apartment door. Nobody answers.

12. Mind wandering.....I assume she is inside covered in her own blood, Homicide this time.

13. Call Boy- he tells me to relax and I get bugged.

14. Now Caitlyn is worried, so she knocks on her neighbors door

15. Neighbor answers, gives us ward directory and we jot down Celina's roommates phone #'s

16. Celina calls me, heart stops, feel dumb because she tells me she went to lunch with an old friend.

At least you all know who would head your search party if ever you came up missing.

What a great friend you are! I do that when Josh doesn't pick up the phone. I have been tempted to go home from work thinking that the tv must have landed on him and Preston is crying in his crib. It just gets worse when you have a baby. Be prepared Scott.
