Club Valor

So in commemorating surviving our first year of marriage we decided to take a cruise. Tons of fun- my typical day on the Valor- (thats the name of the vessle)
1. wake up 10 AM, eat breakfast (one that would have fed a family of four) - I did however discover that I like grapefruit, so I feel like that counteracted some of the eating, especially since I read a magazine article about it last week.

2. 10:45 AM- Change into proper cruising attire

3. 11:00 AM- get an ice cream cone on my way to the pool- my cabin was a long way away so i needed to stay nourished

4. Noon- Lunch pizza, cheeseburger, nachos (with Salsa of course- felt like it was a vegetable)

5. 2PM- wander around the ship- usually ended up in the Casino. I have this secret desire to work at a blackjack table

2:30 PM- needed a treat- usually ice cream, I would rotate from chocolate/vanilla swirl to strawberry/chocolate swirl

3 PM- Lay out

5 PM- Needed to get ready for dinner, via the fruit buffet- fruit cancels out dessert

6 PM- Nap time and or movie time

9 PM- Dinner- consisting of Bread, Soup, Appetizer, Fruit, Main Course, Desert (2)

10 PM- Get candy in the gift shop, take a walk around the ship (exercise)
Ruins at Tulum- please note them in the upper right hand corner- magnificent.
We watched the Super Bowl from the hot tub- this one in fact

This is in Roatan, we stopped to take some pictures on our way to the beach.
This was our little ship neighborhood- we opted for the inside cabin- which initially i was worried about- however who knew that the no window/light factor coupled with the slight rock of the waves was good for about 12 hours of sleep a night. Notice the deck of cards in Ashley's hand- we did participate in mild gaming all day long this day- it was a rainy one.
Grand Cayman- we went parasailing, as per my request as the dude hates heights. In his defense- it was way windy, and after they pulled us down they wouldn't let anyone else back up. And- I'm not wearing a beanie in this picture- looks like it though huh.

I know, we are rediculous! We never hang out with anyone, but I still laugh about the day that we saw each other at the stop light. SO glad you got a blog, and very glad that you found me :) I don't like to blog much, but I sure love looking!
